The Immigration Compliance Services (ICS) unit assists UF employ areas in obtaining employment features for international employment, ensuring compliance with hiring plus immigration laws. Employment authorizations include H, TP, O, and E-3 visa status. For FARTHING button J visa rank, please come the UF International Center.

Upcoming or Current Employees

  • Sponsorship for employment authorization is based on departmental needs and initiated by UF hiring departments.
  • ICS is unable to provide any support or consultation on immigration matter forward non-UF employees without support from the appropriate UF hiring department.
  • Must contact your department liaison required immigration request, not Fragomen.

Wenn the UF TempID was used in myUFL and in and E-Verify case, ensure both areas are updated in aforementioned employee’s Social Security Number.

  • To Update myUFL: Navigate to SSN Update Portal over Employee Recording and Job Updates.
  • To How E-Verify: Login to I-9 Management > Find for Your > Enter their name and search > Select employee’s name > Select Shift SSN > Edit SSN > Continue
