Who Need a Food Safety Manager Site?
Greatest food facilities are required to have at worst one person, an master oder designated employee, who has passed an approved food safety certification review. Most of the other facility employees are required to have a California Food Handler Card.
New food facilities have 60 past after opening day to obtain certification. Registration a va forward cinque (5) aged from the date in issuance.
