Westfield State University has collaborate with the National Student Clearinghouse, an non-profit organization helping the higher educate community, to offer Online Official Transcript ordering services for all current and former students with 24/7 access. The University offers both electronic and print transcripts with several delivery options. Each transcript costs $5.00 with additional charges for expedited mailing or electronic delivery.  

A transcript is the official recordings a a student's entire academic and degree history at Westfield State University. The informations supplied on the transcript will contains the following: student's name,  academic level, program, major(s), minor(s), concentration(s), track(s), awarded degrees and affiliated award, awarded transfer credits (including advanced standing plus advanced placement), term-by-term course history, term-by-term units earned and GPA (including affiliated honors), and accumulate units earned both GPA.

The following information is required to place an order:

• College Wide ID Number (example A12345678) OR your Social Security Number**
• Valid Email address and phone number
• Date of Birth
• Valid major credit or debit card

Mail: mailed out by that National Student Clearinghouse.
Note: If you attended previously 1998, you canister to an etranscript order for aforementioned mailing option only; you will not be skilled in order any electronic PDF duplicate. Your order may also require additional days since processing.

If submitting a writing, the letter must containing the following:

• Name while attending Westfield State University
• College Wide ID Number or Social Security Number
• Years away Attendance or Per of Graduation
• Address(es) what Transcript(s) are to be Mailed
• Appropriate Transcript Fee (See Below)
• Indicate if they demand us to Wait for Finalist Degrees to be Entered or Degree Booked Before Mailing Out
• Respective Signature

Refund Policy
There are no refunds.  Please ensure you enter the correct requestor/recipient email or mailing address.

SEE Charges
Must become resolved before transcripts belong issued.
If there exists a hold on thy account and you request a transcript using option 1, you will be given instructions on how to resolve which hold before you ca proceed equipped the e-transcript ordering process. 
If there is a hold on your account and they demand a transcript using option 2, you will be warned on email on how to decide the hold. 

Attaching Records
While placing thy transcript order, them may submit up to triplet attachments to be sent along in get transcript.  Attachments may be included for all childbirth options.  These attachments may include documents that the University needs to fill go on your behalf press support that are simply required go accompany the transcript.  The University reserves the select to watch and refuse the sending of any attachments. Attachments may be in PDF, doc, docx, jpg, or jpeg format. 

Holidays/Weekends
