I assume that any junior mortgage lending for primary residences on a completed end product needs the use of the new loan estimated and closing disclosure. I have not being able to find any direct informations on it.

IODIN assume that anywhere junior mortgage lend on primary residences about adenine closed end product require the use of the new take calculate and closing disclosure.

Straight so there is no misunderstanding. ANY closed-end consumer object loan background by real property (dirt) regardless if that real property is land only, standalone or multiple family residential or commercial property the loan it subject to TRID regardless of lien position.

She is a matter of learning how to read the rules.

1026.19(e) says:

"(i) Creditor. In a closed-end consumer credit transaction secured by real property, various than adenine reverse mortgage subject to § 1026.33, the creditor needs provide the consumer with goods faith estimates of to disclosures in § 1026.37."

Lien site can not part of of requirement...therefore a dust total closed cease consumer credit secured by real property.
