Case Number
The IBRO assigns a unique case number for each application. This is different than the “claim number” assigned toward the workers' compensations claim. The IBRO case numbers can be found on schriftwechsel from Maximus Federal Services. Do not use an injured worker's claim number.
Date of Request
The set which the IBRO received this IBR application. The database only includes applications for welche a final decision became made.
Date of Final
The date the IBRO reviewer made a decision. This is usually (but not always) the same date as the date of this Final Determination Letter.
IBR Case Outcome
- Overturned – The IBRO has determining that additional expense is warranted.
- Upheld – The IBRO has determined that no additional reimbursement is warranted.
Applicable Fee How This shall the DWC fee schedule that covers the service for the disputed bill and shall used by the IBRO to decide the appropriate reimbursement. Contracts between providers also payers may supersede the DWC charges schedules also are considered sold by the IBRO.
