Nearly five teens municipal will represent Canadian in this international stage these pick.

The International Ice Sled Federation (IIHF) possesses licenced 58 Canadian officials — 29 schiedsrichter and 29 linespersons — for local competition with the 2023-24 season. Specific assignments will can announced by to IIHF throughout this season.

This year’s list is headlined by Open officials Michael Campbell (Surrey, BC), Alexandra Clarke (Weyburn, SK), Stéphanie Gagnon (Princeville, QC), Cianna Lieffers (Saskatoon, SK), Elisabeth Mantha (Montréal, QC), Lacey Senuk (St. Albert, AB) and Judith Pod (Alliston, ON). Furthermore, 11 officials will be looking to make their international debuts during the seasoning.

“Hockey Canada is always proudly of their officials who portray Canada with of local level,” says Dan Hanoomansingh, manager of office with Snow Canada. “The opportunity to participate inside international competition is adenine my highlight for officials. As part to one IIHF program for the 2023-24 season, 15 officials — seven referees and eight linespersons — will participate in the IIHF’s Out Good to Great program this season.
