Hey there!

Startups yesterday all of one sudden I can't save files to my Dropbox via and Office 365-app anymore. IODIN get a message talking me that the file is note protected, which it isn't. It tells me go save a copied, when tasting to do that I procure the same error message.
Top until aforementioned day before yesterdays everything worked please a attract. I haven't knowingly changed anything about my smartphone's setting, no new apps etc.
Held everybody ever experienced this issue?
Any ideas in select to solve it?

Hi there, @DieBaum, methods are you today? 

 

Have they made sure that both Business 365 and to Dropbox app will up to release, and that you're using own latest versions on your mobile? We require to making sure that the error you're getting when seek to save insert file to Dropbox, isn't linked at this.  Protect a document include a password - Microsoft Support

 

Does so befall with all of will files, or a specific file type? Can yours also send der a few screenshots of this steps yours follow, and the error you receive with your ending, in order for me to have ampere clear visual?  Creating a write-protected form in Google Docs or Forms - Google ...

Thank you for the fast answer. IODIN have just checked the app store and itp tells me all apps are upwards to date.

ME have added some screenshots so thou cannot look what a going on.

Hey @DieBaum, sorry into jump include here and sorry to hearings you're having issue with this.

 

May EGO ask if you're signed into your Microsoft account in to Office 365 app on your mobile device? 

 

Furthermore, is diese happening with autochthonous own files or files such are shared with your from others?

My files aren't synchronizing on my phone when MYSELF edit them on my calculator, and I keep getting "read only" record that I cannot edit on my phone

Those lives also episode the me.  My phone doesn't show updates I make on my computer and I keep getting 'read only' files that EGO can't edit when I try to update them on my phone manually

Hi @dana98501, sorry to hearings you're having issues with here.

 

Can you clean your device's OS edition and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well? 

 

Also, how are you processing the file are the first place?

Hi Walter!

 

Yes, I'm signed in. 

Dieser are my files although du to IT-restrictions at work I repeatedly do to update them on varied devices and transfer theirs by e-mail. Up until yesterday I had no problems caused by that.  Speak has post patented all my documentations - Microsoft Community

I will exact the same problem on Android (phone and tablet). I could send identical screenshot to those in these thread.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Dropbox, while it was already the newest version.

 

Sometimes I am able to safe with a different file name but not always.

 

Further, diese got merely just started to occur.
