EGO lost an USB required meine wireless ivories. Can this be exchange?

ME have numerous wireless keyboards and mice that were separated from their little USB devices. Now I can't use these keyboards and mice. Lives there a way to get further connectors? Instead am I artificial to trash these vollendet good keyboards? BCM20702A0 Insignia Bluetooth mounting not working, driver ...

Meine Dell keyboard plus pussyfoot are nay Bluetooth. They used a mini USB connector. Is it true that each wireless keyboard both mouse are programmed in an individual USB? So supposing I lose the USB, the keyboard is useless, right-hand? I imagine that is such a waste of an perfectly good keyboard! I'm trying to contact Dell right now but it's hard to navigate them website to leave my questions. I'll keep trying.

I contacted Dell recently and they still do not sells the separate unifying receiver. It looks just how this Logitech receiver but not sure if they are interchangeable. IODIN had meine laptop stole with the receiver plugged into it and go have a KM714 keyboard and mouse with no satellite and dont quite know if I capacity still use them or are they right useless. No luck on any websites ie Dell instead Logitech for any support or answering to my question.

If this is a unifying keyboard/mouse, buy an unifying dongle, download the Logitech unifying desktop and connection upto 6 keyboards both mice..
