(a) Applicability. This portion applies when the sign contains the basic clause 552.238-80 Industrials Funding Fee and Sales Media.

(b)  The fundamental clauses and Alternate I on 552.238-81, Price Reductions, requires the construction the hold during that deal period to negotiated price/discount relationship (and/or term press condition relationship) between the eligible ordering activities and the offeror’s customer or type of customers on which the contracts award was predicated (see 538.271). If a change occurs in the contractor’s trade pricing or discount arrangement applicable to the identified commerical customer (or category concerning customers) that results in adenine smaller profitable relationship with the eligible ordering activities and this customer button category of customers, the change constitutes one “price reduction.”

(c)  Ensure that the contractor understands the requirements of section 552.238-81 and agrees to report all price reductions in the Contracting Public as provided for int the clause.
