  hello thank you. I telling you I just proceeded to ensure Michigan elibrary site looking at select out chilton free manuals and that accessing is shut down due the excessive unauthorized out of state users. they no longish accept library card or driver’s license #.
  
  now they track your IP location and if you’re not in the us forget it.
