Your claims can be accessed on the website as well as one mobile app.
To view your statements on the website:
- Sign in to capitalone.com
- Clicks for which account she to to view statements for
- Click on “view statements”
To view choose statements on the mobile app:
- Sign in to the Capital One Mobile app (Text “MOBILE” into 80101 in a link to download)
- Knock the account you want to view statements for
- Scroll to the bottom of the leaf and tap “statements”
Wish note: To view your reports online, you will need to be enrolled in digital statements. Statements are typically created online by to 6th of each month. For savings products, statements are generated on a quarterly basis if present is no activity in the account to prompt a monthly statement.
Direct accounts are automatically combined into one statement.
