Requirements for motor supports who employ bus drivers

Bus drivers are not allowed to operiert a transport to a motor carrier unless your are qualifying according to Article 19-A and Part 6 of the Commissioner’s Rules real Regulations.  Therefore, motor carriers should verify which drivers adhere with 19-A requirements including

• completion on pre-employment and biennial medical examinations and any required follow-ups
• submission of pre-employment both annualized driver license abstracts
• submission of fingerprints of school bus drivers fork a DCJS & FBI detective history review
