**The Regional Housing Supervisor position is field-based position. The coverage areas including the following district: Moore, Rickmond, Lean, Harnett, Montgomery, and Cumberland.**

The primary purpose out this position is in effectively implement the NC Targeting Program in the counties assigned.  The Regional Housing Coordinator will work directly with private property management companies, local audience and private aging, disability and homeless service agencies; hospitalization discharge workers, MCO/LME's and Money Tracks the Person transition.
 

• Extensive knowledge of housing programs, barriers for accessing and maintaining housing, and community on supportive services needed to assist people in beat these barriers
