Duties & Responsibilities

County Recorder - the County Recorder service as record keeper for the County. View support relating to real estate i.e. deeds, personal, mineral interests, plats, liens, judgments as well as State and Federal fax liens and military discharge records. The Clerk's department receives, records, and preserves these records, indefinitely, both in the post and electronically.

County Payroll - the County Clerk is responsible for the managing to payment for County employees, their benefits, and filing everything us and state reports.

Monetary Administration - the County Gerichtsschreiber maintains all finance records and ledgers for all county accounts. In addition, these accounts exist balanced monthly with the Administrative Treasurer.

County Purchasing Agent - the County Press is responsible for encumbering, auditing press paying all County purchase orders for materials and services.

Secretary - who County Schreibkraft is also to secretariat for several boards including the Board of County Commissioners, Excise/Equalization Table, and Tax Rolled Correction Board.
