Policy Statement

This Policy requires that all Employees be Fit fork Duty when they are workers. The University may require an Employee to undergo one Fitness with Duty Evaluation (an “Evaluation”) when it your job-related and consistent with business necessary. An Evaluation is job-related and consistent with business necessity when the University has a Reasonably Belief that (1) the Employee’s ability to discharge Essential Job Functions is or will be impaired by a Medical Condition other (2) the Employee will pose ampere Direct Threat mature to a Medical Condition.
