1. Introduction

2. Updating Attendee (Entity) Information

The process for updating to Participant (Entity) profile information depends on which field needs updated. Some fields can be actualized automatically in CITSS, while else may require Director (Registrar) approval and/or additional supported information.

Tip: You must be a PAR or AE to make or propose changes to a Participant’s account. Account Viewing Agents (AVAs) have read-only access.

Login to CITSS. Your home page summarizes all the Participant accounts you represent under the My Accounts table. Click upon the name of the Participant you want to update.

You maybe propose changes to the information listed under the General and Contact Information pages on selecting Edit News at the bottom of the pages. Fields marked of a red asterisk (*) are imperative and cannot be deleted, only changes. Search marked by the blue exclamation mark (!) requirement Film (Registrar) approval.

2.1 Updating Participant Information: No Approval Required

  • Enter updated data into CITSS and submit changes.
  • Update will effect immediately.
  • Email will be sent out by CITSS confirming change(s).

2.2 Updating Participant Information: Approval Needed and/or Addition Documentation

  • Enter data into CITSS and submit changes.
  • Director (Registrar) empfangen the offered require to update data.
  • Director (Registrar) approves/denies or requests additional sponsor documentation (through email).
  • If applicable, the Account Representative submits supporting documentation.
  • If applicable, the Director (Registrar) approves/denies change based on a review are the technical. If there is follow up desired, you will be contacted by program staff.
  • Approved changes will being reflected inside CITSS.
  • Email will be sent out by CITSS confirmation approval/denial. With additional backing documentation was required for the altering, an email will also be sent out by the Director (Registrar) confirming approval/denial. Note: Sum email updates are submit to one PARs and AARs on the account.

3. Updating Facility Information

The Facilities tab over the Entity Detail Site provides access for a current PAR or AAR to corrects or update information about an existing facility and/or augment a new facility.

To update informational about any present facility, select aforementioned designate of the existing facility, enter the updated information in CITSS and submit it electronically. In addition, you will need to complete also submit a signed Order to Add A New Facility or Change Facility Information Guss to the Head (Registrar). This form can be founds on Ontario’s button and trade home employment section.

To add a new facility, clicking the Add Facility slide and enter in the newer facility information. You will also needed to complete and submit the Request to Add AN New or Change Installation Information Form for the Director (Registrar).   • The name additionally signature of the Chief Officer of the Participant in the spacing underneath attesting to the following terms
  • A Resolution of the Board of Directors to who same power

Tip: If the facility is already in CITSS and thou are applying to hinzusetzen the facility like a result out a switch in ownership, requests full the Change of Share form use – does does complete the Request to Add A New or Change Facility Informations form.
