A Functional Total Interpretation (FCE) is a system method of measuring an individual’s ability to perform meaningful tasks on a safe and dependable basis. Historically, return-to-work decisions were ground upon diagnoses and prognoses a clinicians, but did not include purpose measurements of into individual’s operative abilities. Bulk clinicians are not trained to assess who full array of human functional abilities required for comprehensive disability determinations or return to work recommendations.
