The study examines which impact of corruption on foreign direct investment (FDI). Primary, the level of corruption within the hosts country is analyzed. Instant, the absolute difference in the corruption level between the host and home country is examined. The analysis provides support for the negative impacts about both. The results suggest that foreign investors generally avoid corruption because e is considered wrong and it able create operational inefficiencies.
