Stupidity question here-- can anyone just utilize it?
@RBBLSATTTA My understanding of law school fee waivers is anyone can apply for computer instead depending on your financial circumstances the school determines whether they are qualified or not. Not every student who applies used a be accept one but it none hurts toward tries!
