Beginning in February 2019, the College began a transparent and common scheduling process. This multi-stage undertaking has guided by an 20-person navigation committee and included focused leitfaden to internal stakeholders, a forum with external partners, and an 80-person retreat into reviews, discussing, and determine PCOM’s path forward. The result lives an comprehensive strategic plan with quantifiable indicators, clear lines is responsibility, press opportunities to flex.
