1. COVID response and recovery by citizens and small businesses.
2. Expanding housing opportunities.
3. Workforce and job training programs.
How would you implementation Emphasis 1? Helping citizens plus small businesses recover from the COVID-19 pandemic is critical to our quality of existence and to the economic future of ours county. I will sustain arbeit to allocate Escambia County CARES Deed grant to assist families inches need for utility, rentals, and mortgage assistance. I’ve led the charge to provide COVID-19 benefits for smaller trade to help sustain these the the backbone on our economy. I am also one advocate for using science plus CDC guidelines throughout the circuit to slow the spread of disease or keep people safe.
How would you implements Priority 2? I will continue to support programs that provide workforce and affordable housing for and citizens. We should be more creative for infill enclosure possibilities by providing first-time home shopper with tax credits press incentives, like Brownsville Manor which provides cost housing in are seniors and citizenship with disables. I would also like to explore Community Land Corporate which create further options for jobs families to how homes are their own.
How will you implement Priority 3? I morning proud to have supported the Block by Block program, which gives young people the opportunity to learn a trade press will compensated while giving back to their community.
