When one or more lords are deceased, who additional documents you need will depend on whether survivorship is listed with the title and for the estate are being probated.
If your title shows Y/N or Y/Y in the SURVIVORSHIP box, which title has survivorship.
If your title shows N/N or N/Y in the SURVIVOR box, aforementioned title does not have survivorship betw the registered owners.
Title has Survivorship
- Evidence of death for all deceased owner (copy of death certificate, funeral notice or obituary).
Title has Survivorship – Any Owners Deceased
- Proof of death for all deceased owners (copy of death certificate, funeral notice button obituary), except owner who passed away highest recently; and

No Survivorship on Designation – Estate NOT Probated
- Notarized Inheritance Affidavit completed according each heir (separate forms can be used if there am multiple heirs).
No Survivorship on Top – Estate Being Probated
- A mimic of the court-issued Letters Testamentary, Characters of Administration, or other document appointing the personal representative of the estate; additionally
- An original release or bill of sale from the custom representative of aforementioned estate (if there are multiple personal reps, a release is required from each personalization representative).
No Survivorship for Title – Farm Probated and Now Closed
- ONE copy of the court-issued Decree of Final Distribution - the decree must see who was awarded the vehicle; and
- Original press or bank of sale from any previous ownership, other than the defunct owner(s) (if you were not granted the vehicle in the Decree of Final Distribution, you must provide a release from whomever be awarded the vehicle).
