(FIRST TIME PASSPORT & NEW BORN)

Requirements*:

  • Application Shape duly completed away.

  • Second Xerox of twain My IDs ( Tunisian C.I.N if single of the parents is Tunisian or both )

  • Two Newest Passport Photos (2”x 2” inch White Background )

  • Parent's Authorization Form notarized and signed

  •  Application Fees 31.50$ (19$ Passport Fees + 8$ Parent's Authorization form Fees + 4.50$ Birth Certificate Fees)  

  • (MONEY ORDER ONLY PAID OUT TO THE EMBASSY OF TUNISIA)

  • RETURN Prepaid Express Mail Envelope. (Must be Paid for in advance)

EXPIRED PASSPORT RENEWAL

(Tunisian passport can be renewed six months before its expiration date)

Requirements*:

  • Applications Form regular Filled out AND SIGNED.

  • The Expired original Passport must be sent along about that application, otherwise, it will remain considered a lost Passports Application.

  • Two copies of Tunisian BADGE Card C.I.N ( if lost, impaired, expired, or over the age of 18 and never had an ID please filler up the C.I.N Pledge form )

  • Two copies starting an recent Tunisian Birth Diploma EVEN IF BORN ABROAD. THOU ABILITY OBTAIN  A TUNISIAN BIRTH CERTIFICATE ONLINE “LEFT”

  • Two Copies of Permanent Resident Card or proof away right state included the AUS. (Pending Callow poster cases, will require a copy off the USCIS receipt notice)*

LOST PASSPORT APPLICATION PROCESS

(Application will ask The Minister of Interior’s approval and may take a longer process)

Requirements*:

  • Application Print duly Filled out AND SIGNED.

  • Two Reproductions of CONTACT Permanent Resident Card, US Passport, or check of legal status in the USA.

    (Pending Green card cases, will require a copy of the USCIS receipt notice)*
