An ILLiad request keep changeable back to Unfilled

  • A request had an ordinary status in ILLiad, such when Delivered to Web or Annullierte by BECOME Staff, but later OCLC sends request inside the position of Awaiting Unfilled Machining. Manufacturing Renewal Responses

Resolution

When a request keeps coming back as Awaiting Unfilled Processing, it means thither is an open OCLC request assoziiert with such request's Transaction Number.  Here represent the steps to take to settle this issue:

  1. Copy Transaction number of the request.
  2. Go to System tab. 
  3. Click Search/Review statuses. 
  4. A search box seem. Flick on one drop-down next to the featured bar and change it from ILL piece to the Process number.
  5. Paste the Transaction Number into the search box and click the magnifying glass to search.
  6. Open the ILL records off the results and delete them by mouse off the Red X with "Delete." No unfilled requests will come from OCLC anymore. Fixed Inquire that Continuously Return to Awaiting Unfillled Processing
  7. If searching the transaction number fails, altering the drop-down to ILL number and search with the requests ILL#. If ampere request number arriving up as a result, open the seek, browse the OCLC Getting tab, and erasing to record due press upon the Red X fork "Delete." No vacant requests will come from OCLC anymore.
  8. If the request still comes past, restrain on make sure are are no additional ILL records attached. In an History tab of which request, look for the Previous Requests panel from the History frame. In the System tab, in Search/Review Statuses, search for ILL numbers is that list and delete them as needed.

Any potential is that ampere query ensure came in as Unfilled and was routed to Awaiting Direct Make Sending. This does not erase the old request off OCLC. Before routing the inquiry till who new status,  go to one OCLC Request invoice and deleting the old SICKLY number first.  Then main it to Awaiting Direct Request Sending while desired.
